New Features & Enhancements December 2009
Email Bulletins Feature Redesigned!
We've revamped your email bulletin sending page to include "vibrant"
thumbnails of over 100 email template options. Templates can be selected
from categories ranging from Birthdays to Seasonal, Sports and Stationery.
Just hover any of the thumbnails to see a full preview of the template before
selecting it as your option. Original sending options to send by "Rich
Format", "Plain Text" and "Custom Community templates" still apply!
This new look and feel is designed to increase the usefulness of our email
bulletins feature in continuing to provide you with stylish, professional
graphics that enhance your resident communications.
What's Nearby Enhancements
We have created a web setting that allows an administrators to modify the
search radius of What's Nearby? to extend search results within your communitys
geographical location. It will be measured in miles and default to 5 (the current setting).
Payforms Enhancement
New email notifications have been incorporated into our PayForms feature.
When a user submits a PayForm from your website, the recipients of that
form will be notified via email of a Pending Online Payment. After the
payment is successful, recipients will also be notified with a confirmation
email including the details of that payment.
What's New in TOPS/212 Software
Service Request Enhancements: Administrators can now manage a list of
"recipients" to be notified via email when new service request are added
from the website. Please note that service requests entered from the website
also require a short description and a full description of the request.

New Features & Enhancements November 2009
New Feature - Concierge Package Pickup
If you regularly accept deliveries on behalf of your residents then you need our new
Concierge Package Pickup feature. This handy addition to your website will allow
you to log all incoming deliveries, notify residents when a package is waiting, and
even log when it was picked up, and by whom. It also has an alternate view format
for in-building TV display! Just in time for the busy shopping season. Email
support@AtHomeNet.com to have this feature added to your website!
What's Nearby? Enhancements
Administrators now have the ability to add, edit, delete and reorder Map categories
and Map Items. This could be a great opportunity to generate revenue for your
community as this administrative tool provides the ability to sell a listing to local
business/service providers! A map item can also be customized by giving it a unique
Title (what displays on the left) and a Search Term (what Google will search on).
Enhancements to Web Site Links
For those administrators who frequently create links to a favorite page within the
website, we have now added some functionality to enhance the user's experience! If
a user clicks a link that you have created for distribution in an email bulletin, the

website will "authenticate" the user and once authenticated will immediately redirect
them to the referenced page they were attempting to access. If a user has the
"Remember Login Info" checked, they are automatically logged in and taken directly
to the referenced page. Please note: This functionality is not enabled with the
Address Book feature for security purposes.

What's New in TOPS/212 Software
eMail Bulletin Enhancement for TOPS website clients! -
Administrators now have a new Send To option for eMail Bulletins that
includes Account Balance. TOPS administrators can send a special email
bulletin to residents with a balance OVER a certain amount you decide the
amount. For example, to send a notice to residents with a balance of $500
or more, use $499. In conjunction with new send to owners with balance
option, if you are an Online Payment customer, you can now include the
Pay Dues Now link directly in your email bulletin. Send your email bulletin
using our Rich Text Editor and you will see an option under Code Snippet
or Insert Custom HTML (depending on your version of the Rich Text
Editor) that allows you to build in a hyperlink directly to your Pay Dues page
where residents can make their payment online with a credit card. (Note:
email notices will only route to those users with valid email addresses in their
user profile). See the TOPS User Group section for more details on how this
works!
Online A/P Enhancement We have now updated the online A/P
feature to distribute an email notice to all A/P users when a new invoice is
created via the website or from within TOPS software.

New Feature What's Nearby?
Check out our newest feature What's Nearby? Finding out what businesses, services and resources are available in your surrounding community has never been easier! Use this map feature to search for the places that most interest you as a resident of the area. Look for local schools, restaurants or health clubs or find services such as emergency services or automotive care. The results are just a click away! Try it out today! The feature is available in the Admin Only area of your menu. To activate, go to your "Settings" link and enter in your community's address, city, state and zip code. Once completed, fill out the "menu change" form to have our support team place this new feature on your public and private menus!
Events Calendar Enhancements

Added a new WEEKLY view of events to the calendar. The new tab "This Week" automatically appears as an option for you and your residents.

As an administrator, you can now increase the total number of occurrences for a daily event to a maximum of 365 (previously limited to a maximum of 99)
-
Users posting new events can control the "posted by" tag to reflect the proper spouse name stored in their profile.
-
Users editing a recurring event will now have the option to send an updated email bulletin directly from the "edit" screen of the event.
-
Users editing a single (non-recurring) event will be presented with the option to have the event information posted as a new Announcement!

New Features & Enhancements September 2009
eMail Bulletins Enhancement:
The "Send to" option can now be viewed as an easy interface dropdown list.
Administrators who are sending a bulletin can now change the "From" name and
email address before sending the bulletin. Administrators can also make changes
and save them to any custom email bulletin you have created in the past. Also, you
will now be able to check the subscriber list from the "Send" Screen and return
without losing changes you may have made while working on the bulletin itself.
Reviews Enhancement:
You will now see a smaller "thumbnail" version of the user profile picture, for use in
the Reviews feature to give readers a small glimpse of who made the comment. We
have also made several visual enhancements to the Reviews feature, making for a
more eye pleasing user experience.
Announcements Enhancement:
When you create Announcements, you are now able to use the new , enhanced
AtHomeNet Page Editor if your feature is set to "Rich Announcements". Contact our
Support team for this to be enabled.

Fully Revamped Reviews Feature
Based on your feedback, AtHomeNet has enhanced our Reviews feature to be a comprehensive guide to sharing information, location, and a 1 to 5 star ratings system on vendors, services providers, and other professional resources.
The new reviews feature tags each resident's entry with a picture and user name (taken from the address book profile). It also has a map feature showing the location of the business, allowing you the opportunity to get driving directions.
New Features & Enhancements August 2009
When a resident or administrator adds a new business, they are now given the option to include a full address, phone, email details so that you can quickly contact each service providers that interest you!
A variety of categories can be created, with the added ability to allow the Administrator to choose the top number of categories that will automatically display.

- User Session Enhancement – Users will now see a "Time-out Popup" warning message that will allow them to continue working before the time-out limit is reached while editing in various areas of the website.
- Address Book Enhancement - Administrators have the option to add an "expire date" to an address book record which will disable that user's login to the website should be and “hide” that user’s profile from the address book
- User Profile Enhancement - Residents will be able to access their own eForm submissions under a new tab on the user profile called "My eForms"
- Login Request Enhancement – Administrators can now see details of any login requests under the Pending, Approved, Denied and Cancelled tabs – including responses to any custom questions added to your login request form.
- Module Enhancement – The website now allows users to transfer any module item from one subcategory to another while editing the item. Administrators can use this as archive tool to move old newsletters or other documents from an existing module to a new module for archiving historical data.
- Photo Album Enhancement – Users can now enjoy a new and improved slideshow tool when viewing photos in the photo album!

? Automated Login Requests Enhancements: Administrators can now create
default approved and denied email text for login requests. Contact Support to have
your specific text added to your website!
? Email Bulletins Enhancement: Administrator can now control what security
level can generate mailing label files from email bulletin features. Contact
Support to have this default security level assigned for your website!
? Email Bulletin Enhancement: We have added a "Save Custom Template" button
that will allow administrators to compose a custom email bulletin and save it
without sending it.
? Email Bulletin Subscriptions Enhancement: Added a setting to control what
security level can turn off the "send to all" flag in the user profile page.
? Address Book Enhancement: An additional report option has been added to the
Address Book page that will allow users to view a List by Unit#/Lot#.
Administrators can also determine which report options (List by Street Name, List
by Unit/Lot) appear for their users. Contact Support to have your default settings

? Message Board Enhancement: The message which allows message board users
to switch between spouse profiles has been made more visible on the top of the

eForms Feature Enhancement- PayForm: You now have the option to accept a
fixed or 'per unit' payment via credit card from within an eForm. No setup fee
required, transaction fee is added to the amount paid by the buyer. Click here for

eMail Bulletin Enhancement- Create Your Own Templates: You can now create
and save your own custom eMail Bulletin templates or customize any of the preloaded
eMail Bulletin templates and save them under new names for future use!
AtHomeNet Page Editor Enhancement- New Editor in Email Bulletin: The eMail
Bulletin page editor has been replaced with a new, enhanced Rich Text Editor that
loads quicker and works on all major browsers and operating systems including
Macs. Try it out today and give us your feedback!
Event Calendar Enhancement- RSS Feed: The Events Calendar now allows the
option of publishing an RSS feed for public Calendar events so everyone can keep
up to date with activities from their favorite 'Feed reader' software or website
(like Google Reader)
User Profile Enhancements- New Tabs: Added 2 new tabs to the My Profile
feature:
Added a new 'Subscriptions' tab- which allows members to add or
remove eMail Bulletin subscriptions. More subscription options will be
added here soon.
Added a new 'My Documents' tab- allows the admin to post documents
that are specific to a given member and allows that member to view those
documents in a secure area (Members cannot load their own documents
here). This is great for keeping historical architectural requests or home
warranty documents and appliance lists for new homes or any other 'user
specific' documents you wish to load for viewing.
