Account Executive
AtHomeNet, a Duluth, GA technology company, is currently seeking to add an enthusiastic and energized individual to our sales team as an Account Executive with a background in Technology / Software Sales. AtHomeNet offers powerful online solutions for a variety of entities along with a vast selection of ancillary products.
Summary of essential job functions:
- The Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and account profitability for current and new clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong territory/account management and consulting background in technology/software sales.
- Interact at a high level within client organizations as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and maintain client relationships (property management companies, property managers and board members of communities) for assigned accounts.
- Responsible for the satisfaction and retention of existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies and policies relating to account management and profitability with an emphasis on increasing sales in line with business objectives.
- Work with clients to support and understand their overall business objectives and critical success factors including client service and financial expectations.
- Responsible for representation of a diverse product portfolio.
- Negotiating contracts as well as ensuring smooth implementation of contracts through collaboration across various teams
- Maintain knowledge of external market factors that may affect account decisions and product recommendations.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to create strategic plans and growth projections in Account Managers Territory.
- Clearly and effectively articulate AtHomeNet value proposition and solution offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Effectively structure and write client reports, presentations and other forms of communication.
- Completion of Daily Tasks requirements - 20+ Phone Calls to clients/leads & 20+ emails per day to clients/leads
- Work closely with Client Care Representative within the territory.
- Creating campaigns for tradeshows, client and lead visits, and other events in order to track ROI
- Create and follow up on opportunities within each account for additional services.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with account contacts, leads, and other industry-related contacts such as local CAI chapter executive directors within designated territory
- Travel within territory averaging one week per month
- Participate in tradeshows and other related events
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience of direct client/account management technology/software sales
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Strong business development skills and strategic thinking ability required
- Creative thinking skills - brings fresh perspective & new ideas
- Highly developed analytical skills, detail oriented, organized
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong ability to influence buying decisions and negotiate effectively to bring about win-win solutions
- Highly motivated with a track record of success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent driving record
- Proof of insurance
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis
Travel
- Travel within territory averaging one week per month plus daily local travel
Sales Assistant
AtHomeNet, a Duluth, GA technology company, is currently seeking to add an enthusiastic and energized individual to our sales team as a Sales Assistant. AtHomeNet offers powerful online solutions for a variety of entities along with a vast selection of ancillary products.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Making 20-30 lead generating calls and also to key decision makers to existing accounts
- Creating relationships with key decision makers within territory
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Taking point in selling and answering requests for ancillary services to existing clients
- Responsible for hosting WebEx presentations
- Process agreements
- Follow up on administrative information regarding new clients
- Back up Account Manager with traveling
- Enter information requests into Salesforce and follow up
- Review daily reports, create and set follow up tasks for self and Account Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
