Technical Support Representative

AtHomeNet is seeking an addition to our Technical Support team. Ideal candidate should have proven knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, browser and Internet usage as well as experience with MS Access query writing, IIS, HTML, DNS management, domain hosting and email configuration and management.

Responsibilities will include answering email and phone support questions related to a custom web-based application. Support Representative will serve as 2nd level support in a Tiered team environment. Support Representative will take incoming calls while maintaining a steady email case load. Candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills as well as verbal and written communications skills. Candidate should be totally COMMITED to the customer service experience and should have a positive attitude and be RELIABLE.

Hours/Shifts

  • Monday-Friday / 10:30AM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday-Friday / 11:00 AM - 4:00PM or 3:00PM - 7:00PM + opportunity to work weekends

Web/Graphics Design Position

AtHomeNet is seeking an experienced Web/Graphics Designer with a great attitude. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, deadline oriented and possess strong web design and user interface design skills. Responsibilities include managing case loads and workflow with the graphic design of new web sites; updating graphic content for existing web sites; creating print/web marketing ads; completing special web design projects and consulting with new clients by phone or email regarding overall website design and page layouts.

Must have demonstrated experience using a number of multimedia and content development software applications in a current windows-operating system environment including:

  • Adobe PhotoShop/ImageReady
  • Macromedia Flash
  • Flash Action Scripting
  • Strong CSS skills
  • Solid experience in HTML

Hours
8 hours a day, M- F (flexible shift time)
