This Month's Spotlight Community is Inverness Cove Residential Association

Inverness Cove Residential Association

This month we go to the thriving city of Birmingham, Alabama to put the Inverness Cove Residential Association in the spotlight for December! The community, established in 2005, has 190 homes and is managed by McKay Management, also of Birmingham.

Surrounded by a variety of cultural and sports venues, Birmingham has so much to offer the residents of Inverness Cove. Those with an affinity for motorsports have multiple options to quench their thirst for action at the Talladega Super Speedway, the Motorsports Hall of Fame, and Barber Motorsports Park. Some "slower" paced activities include the Civil Rights Museum, Botanical Gardens, Vulcan Park and Museum and the Birmingham Museum of Art. Baseball fans don't have to travel all the way to Atlanta to see a game-the Birmingham Barons play at nearby Regions Park!

Residents stay busy within their community as well with pool that overlooks a private lake with a fire pit and grill area for summer fun. The Inverness Golf Course is also convenient to the neighborhood for resident golfers. Residents stay involved and connected with each other during regular holiday activities and parties. There is also a walking trail near the community for those who enjoy getting their exercise in the great outdoors!

Morgan King, the Association Manager for Inverness Cove says that residents enjoy uploading pictures from neighborhood events into the website Photo Album. Another feature that is popular with the residents are the Documents, where they can review community guidelines, by-laws, and more!

As an administrator, King likes the Email Bulletins feature, allowing her to communicate with the entire community or specific groups with professionally designed emails in just a few clicks! "The Email Bulletin feature is a great way to communicate with residents by sending out information quickly. It also allows me to communicate in a less formal way and reinforces the friendly feel of the neighborhood," she remarked.

We congratulate Inverness Cove on being named the Community in the Spotlight for December and we look forward to many more years of supporting this community!
