Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
An interactive voice response system allows community residents to quickly access current account information by calling the community's special MultiConnect phone number. IVR gives residents the ability to access their account information by telephone. IVR systems respond with prerecorded audio to further direct users on how to proceed. AtHomeNet's MultiConnect CallFast provides participating communities a unique phone number for residents to call and hear their account balance, due date, last payment information, and more.
