This area is designed for current owners at Plaza Midtown to advertise their individual unit for lease.  This area is for Plaza Midtown Units only.  If you want to advertise your unit, for lease please select 'eForms' located on the left of this screen and fill out a 'Condo for Lease' eForm.

Please note, you must have approval from the Board in order to lease your unit.  If you have not already received a letter of approval granting your open leasing status from thr Board, please be sure to fill out a request form and submit it to Management immediately.  Without this approval you will not be able to lease your unit. An 'Open Leasing Status Request' Form can be found under 'Documents' on the left hand side of this screen along with the Leasing Policies and Procedures for Plaza Midtown. Forms are also available in the Management Office.

If you are a renter seeking to lease a unit at Plaza Midtown, all Units available for lease can be found here.  Please keep in mind that this is a Condominium Building and all Units are individually owned.  You will be leasing the unit directly from the Owner.
