The new service offers users the ability to send emergency messages within minutes to their entire address book via email, text message and automated voice call, as well as append text messages and automated voice calls to routine email bulletins.

Whether it is an impending tornado, hurricane, or even an Amber Alert in the area, AlertCast sends simple messages to residents wherever they are. BulletinBlast allows community website administrators to enhance everyday email bulletins with text messages and automated voice calls.
