AtHomeNet Celebrates a Ground-Breaking Year While Planning for 2011

After a year of innovation and technological advancement in the community association web services industry, AtHomeNet reflects back while looking ahead

Suwanee, GA - AtHomeNet, Inc., a web services company in metro Atlanta, is celebrating a year of more than 90 new enhancements and services for their clients, a 20% increase in residents utilizing their services, and substantial growth with the hiring of 13 new employees.

"As we approach our 13th anniversary in March, we're thrilled by the dramatic increase in sales and clients served this year. We've been able to hire a number of new employees and expand our business to reach out to new markets, as well as create exciting new services to help our clients manage their communities," remarked AtHomeNet CEO, Susan Sanders.

In the year 2010, AtHomeNet was able to increase the number of residents utilizing their service by more than 300,000, bringing them closer to their goal of reaching 2,500,000 users. Founders Jeff and Susan Sanders cite their constant innovation and talented employees as the cause for their successful year. AtHomeNet hired 13 new employees through the course of the year and while they are currently outgrowing the office that they moved into just 2 years ago, they are hoping to continue to hire new talent to build and maintain the company's high standards of quality service.

In March, the company introduced the industry's first mobile web applications for community and association management websites, AtHomeNet GoMobile. The application allows for the administration of various website features from any mobile device with a web browser. In August, AtHomeNet released MultiConnect, an add-on service allowing website administrators to send an email, text message and voice call to everyone in their address book right from the website.

In addition to these two important new services, the company also released more than 90 new features and enhancements for their websites including more than 150 email bulletin templates. Recognizing that the web services industry is constantly evolving, AtHomeNet also began UP!, offering clients a new, modern look for their websites. Also introduced in 2010 was Track Link, which allows website administrators to create easy to use links to content on the website and track how many times each one had been clicked.

"Our research and investigation into a variety of new technologies to better serve our clients and grow our business has paid off. We're so excited about what this new year holds for the company and the industry as a whole," said President and Director of Technology, Jeff Sanders. AtHomeNet already has a new service in the testing phase to be released early this year that will assist community managers and volunteers in the production of their newsletters.

In the coming year, AtHomeNet will continue to reach out to different markets offering their flexible web services and bring the latest innovations to their clients, with the goal of continued growth and exceptional client service.
