Suwanee, GA- Industry leading Community & Association Management website provider AtHomeNet ( has officially scheduled the general release of the much anticipated "AtHomeNet Elite" service for the 1st quarter of 2009. The announcement comes as AtHomeNet's development team concludes the final phase of adding client feedback-based enhancements to the service, which is designed to be the new standard in website services for residential communities and community association management firms nationwide.

The company began the initial stages of development of the Elite service nearly 3 years ago, with the product's core focus being to provide an easy to use, yet powerful and robust set of web-based functionality to help in many aspects of running and managing a modern community association. Particular attention was given to making it easier for portfolio (multiple property) managers to do their job easier from a single central web console. After releasing Elite for Beta testing to a number of clients and launching their first site to California's Rancho Deep Cliff community several months ago, the feedback received has been critical in putting the finishing touches on the Elite Service. AtHomeNet Director of Technology and co-owner Jeff Sanders has spearheaded the project from its inception and is excited about Elite's potential to invigorate the community association industry.

"There have literally been years of work and thousands of hours of research and development time that has gone into the creation of AtHomeNet Elite. We invested that kind of time and resources because we really wanted to create a product that was going to change the way people managed their communities, particularly for Association Management firms that work with a lot of community clients. We are very proud and very excited to announce the official 1st quarter 2009 release date" stated an enthusiastic Sanders.

AtHomeNet's co-owner and Director of Marketing Susan Sanders will be launching the national marketing plan for AtHomeNet Elite upon its initial release. As a 10 year veteran of the Association Management website industry, Sanders acknowledges the industry changing potential of her company's creation. "AtHomeNet Elite is a service the industry has been anticipating. It was created based on the needs, requests, and imagination of board members, residents, and professional association managers from all over the country over the last half decade. We are confident that the Community Association industry will greatly benefit from this enhanced service", Mrs. Sanders added.
