As the company is in the midst of a ten year anniversary celebration and preparing to release the highly anticipated AtHomeNet Elite, two long time members of their team have been promoted into new positions.

Citing growth in multiple departments, co-owners Jeff & Susan Sanders made the decision to create a new position of "Director of Client Services." The position entails overseeing the entire process of creating, maintaining, and providing ongoing customer service for every Community & Management Company website client. Former Support Manager, Tasha Beard was promoted to this position for her vast knowledge of the company's client base and inter-departmental expertise, as well as her near 9 year tenure with the company.

"Tasha has been the backbone of our Support department since our start up phase, and her dedication and commitment to this company is echoed in every project she manages. As Beard takes on her new role, the position of Support Manager has been filled by another standout member of AtHomeNet's staff, Senior Support Technician Paul Patton. A constant favorite of clients, Patton brings his tireless problem solving skills, patience and organization to the position
