New Features & Enhancements April 2011
- WHAT'S UP! If you're using UP!ed features (Amenities, Announcements, Classifieds, Documents, Hot Links) on your website, we have added an enhanced page editor giving you functionality for easier sorting of your items and even more customization options. This functionality turns UP!ed features into widgets; flexible features of your website that keep your content fresh through feeds!
- Favorites: Last month we introduced you to Favorites! Highlight special Announcements, Classifieds, Documents or Hot Links by identifying them as Favorites. You can mark an item as a Favorite by clicking a check box on the Edit page, or clicking the star next to the item!
- Login Requests:- Smart Matching for Login Requests makes it easier to match residents with their address for Login Requests by providing even more results, including fragments of street address (i.e. - Interlachen vs. Inter).
- Email Bulletins / Announcements: Previously, you were only able to send an Email Bulletin to accompany a new Announcement through the Announcements feature. You can also post an Announcement through the Email Bulletins feature, by selecting the Announcement category before you send your email! You can find this option below the Email Bulletin editor.
- Email Bulletins: Each month we add new email bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 7 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!
- Newsletter Architect: If you're a management company publishing newsletters for multiple associations, the Portfolio Manager gives you one login for multiple accounts, making administration of the newsletter publishing process EASY!
- We have added 5 layouts to the Newsletter Architect interface! There are 2 new options for the Front page, 2 new options for the Inside pages, and 1 new option for the Back page.
