New Features & Enhancements August 2011

• Documents Widget: Put important documents on the public or private home page of your website with the Documents widget! Show Favorites or specific categories and sort them by most popular, sequence, or date.
  
  
• Classifieds Widget: Give classified ads more exposure by adding the Classifieds widget to your public or private home page! Display ads marked as "Favorites", Premium, or by the date the ad was posted. Don't forget-you can generate additional revenue for your community by selling ads to local vendors-this widget can give them additional exposure!
  
  
• Boards / Committees Widget: Introduce your residents to the Board and Committees who serve the association as soon as they log in to the Private side of your website with the Boards/Committees widget! Upon logging in, residents will be able to view photos, titles, and term dates for members of the Board and/or important committees.
  
  
• Instant Articles: Following last month's release of the new Instant Articles widget, we have added an addition single column or "small" display option to allow you to share this content in a more compact space. Try it out today! Ninety-five new articles have been added to the Instant Articles database to keep fresh content on your website!
  
  
• Spell Check for the Rich Text Editor: An important addition to the Rich Text Editor is this month's Spell Check option! Simply highlight the text you want to spell check and click the button labeled ABC. A new window will open displaying words that may need to be corrected!
  
  
  
• eForms: Results: Last month we gave you graphable results for eForms. We know that many times these results should be shared with residents or certain board/committee members. With this month's enhancement, any survey type form where you are limiting the vote to one vote per profile can be configured to allow specific users to view the graphable results. With each unique eForm, you can define who is permitted to view results by specifying a security level that will allow those users to view results after submitting their own response. Questions with open-ended responses will still only be viewable by administrators.
  
  
• eForms- Email Bulletins: Do you need to make sure that everyone in the association has completed a specific eForm? With this enhancement, you can contact anyone who has not completed a particular eForm from the Email Bulletins feature. Simply choose eForms from the Sent To: dropdown, and a new dropdown option will appear listing all available eForms.
  
  
• Email Bulletins: Each month we add new email bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 8 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!
