Review a collection of new features and enhancements for AtHomeNet Websites.

Vendor Summary Reports: Your vendor lists are easily accessible on your website under Vendor/Job Bids, but sometimes you need to have the ability to manage your data in a different format (such as an Excel file) or print the list for use outside of the office! You now have the ability to print and export your data sorted by Category or Company for further manipulation.
Track Links: There is a new column on the Manage Track Links table. You can now view your Track Links in the order that they were created, with the most recent Link at the top of the list. You'll see this new column under "Created".
Email Bulletins: Each month we add new email bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 6 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!

Keyword Search for Email Bulletins: With hundreds of Email Bulletin templates to choose from, finding the one you need can be overwhelming! You can now search the selection of Email Bulletins by keywords in the title of the template.

Reports for Online A/P Approval: The Online A/P Approval feature of your TOPS website has a new element allowing you to generate a report that shows all approved invoices within a certain date range to be used for auditing purposes. The "Print/Export Invoice Reports" link is at the bottom of the "Summary" tab in the A/P invoice feature. You will have the option to select the date range and "status" of invoices to print or export.
All of the enhancements made to AtHomeNet Classic websites have also been made to TOPS websites! Enjoy!
