New Features & Enhancements February 2011

• What's UP! Hot Links: AtHomeNet is giving your website a fresh, modern look with UP. This month, we have Upped the Hot Links feature, taking your website "out of the box"! The newly designed Hot Links feature offers enhanced visibility for the links you choose to share with your residents. The most recent Hot Links will appear at the top of the list, and it will be easy to sort through the categories with the new dropdown menu! You can also add thumbnail images to each Hot Link, giving visitors a peek at your link before clicking on the details!
  
  You may choose which features you would like to be Upped on your website! Simply change the settings for each feature individually to reflect your choice NOTE: If you have previously chosen to turn off UP on your website, your Hot Links page has not automatically been Upped. If you need assistance with the Settings of your website, please contact Support@AtHomeNet.com!
  
  
• eForms User Verification: With our latest eForm enhancement, administrators who view and export submitted eForms will find an even higher degree of accuracy. Upon exporting eForm data, administrators will now see the first name, last name, and address of the user who actually completed the form. This helps in verifying the identity of the user who filled out the eForm. These fields are labeled as "name submitted by" and "address submitted by".
  
  
• eForms: One-Time Use Administrators have the ability to determine if an eForm needs to be restricted to one-time use. This will be very helpful for those surveys/questionnaires where you want to enforce one vote per household.
  
  
• Login Requests: The "Residents" category has been made the default category when approving new users from the login request feature!
  
  
• Vendor Job Bids Summary Reports: In December, we gave you the ability to print and export Vendor Summary Reports. This month we have added an additional security level to restrict who has the ability to access those reporting options.
  
  
• Email Bulletins: Each month we add new email bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 12 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!
