New Features & Enhancements January 2011

• NEWSLETTER ARCHITECT - Welcome to dynamic publishing for your association or organization! This new feature of your website allows you to design, create and deliver a professional "newsletter" to everyone in your Address Book! This web-based feature is FREE to use and offers a user-friendly interface and professionally designed templates to build your community newsletter. AtHomeNet's partnership with SouthData, Inc. gives you the ability to upload your Address Book and have your finished newsletter printed and mailed to all of your residents with just a few clicks of your mouse! • Boards & Committees: AtHomeNet is giving your website a fresh, modern look with UP. This month, we have Upped the Boards and Committees feature, taking your website "out of the box"! The newly designed Boards and Committees feature has a sleek new look that allows you to include small icon images for committee member photos! When you visit the page for the first time, you will also notice that the board/committee list is displayed in alphabetical order, with thumbnail images. Easily find the committee you're searching for by selecting it from the Choose Category dropdown menu!
  
  
  If you prefer the original look of your website, you may you may adjust the Use New UP Feature Version web setting to reflect your choice. This can be accessed directly from the Settings area of your Admin Menu. If you need assistance with the Settings of your website, please contact at Support@AtHomeNet.com!
  
  
  
• Web Settings: Multiple enhancements have been made to the Settings page on the Admin side of your website.
  • Email Bulletins - You may customize the text of the 'Download File Now' button to meet your organization's needs. (i.e. - "Download Now", "Click here to download", etc.)
  • Concierge Package Pickup - Multiple settings have been made adjustable for Concierge Package Pickup this month!
    • Specify security levels to define who may Add, Edit and Delete Packages for Pickup, and who may view the packages that are available for pickup.
    • To protect your residents' privacy, you can also determine whether or not to display the last name of the resident in the Packages Available for Pickup view!
    • Depending on your association, you can now select to display the Unit # (for condominiums) OR Address (for single-family homes).
  
  
  
• Address Book: If your residents forget their user name and password for the website, you can now email them the information with a single click! A "Send Login Info" button has been added to the Edit Person page of the Address Book that will automatically send an email from you to the email address included in the profile.
  
  
• MultiConnect: If you utilize the MultiConnect service on your website, a helpful option has been added to the Address Book Report/Export page. Find out which residents are subscribed to receive MultiConnect messages and which numbers are subscribed!
  
  
• Email Bulletins: Each month we add new Email Bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month we have added 20 new Email Bulletins! All of the new templates are displayed first when you open the Email Bulletins feature on your website, so check them out today!
