New Features & Enhancements January 2012

  • Message Board: We've made several awesome enhancements to your Message Board feature this month!

    • Search - If your residents are interested in joining a conversation on a particular topic on the Message Board, this localized search option will search only the Message Board rather than the entire site, giving you the results you're looking for!

    • # of Topics on the Page - Through your website Settings, you can determine the number of Message Board topics that appear on the page. The default setting is 10, but you can customize it to suit your association's needs!

    • Paging - With the enhancement of showing a specific number of Message Board topics per page, we've also added the convenience of numbering the pages of your Message Board, making it easier to go through all of the topics.

  • User Profile: Previously, if a resident had not uploaded a profile image, a default image would appear on behalf of that resident. We have added new default images for you to choose from! Simply visit the Settings area of your website to view the new options and select the one that's right for your association.

  • Photo Albums: You can now control whether or not the number of times a particular Photo Album has been viewed is displayed on your website. If you would like to remove the number of views from your Photo Albums, simply visit the Settings area of your website and disable the view counts.

  • Hot Links: We have added another option for Upped Hot Links! You can also sort by the title of the link to alphabetize your shared links, making it easier to find your favorites and share them with others in your community!

  • Email Bulletins: Each month we add new Email Bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 2 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!

  • Instant Articles: More than 65 new articles have been added to the Instant Articles database to help you keep fresh content on your website!

What's New in TOPS Websites

  • Login Requests: We've made it easier to add a second resident to a User Profile! If you receive a Login Request from a spouse or secondary owner of an existing user profile, you can now add them to that profile with a single click! You'll see a new button titled- "Add as Resident 2 on Profile Selected" to easily approve login requests for other members of a household.

  • All of the new features and enhancements for AtHomeNet websites have been added to TOPS websites! Enjoy!
