New Features & Enhancements March 2011

• Introducing FAVORITES!: Favorites allow you to tag your favorite or most popular items from the Upped Documents, Announcements, and Hot Links pages! Favorited items appear prominently on the landing page for each feature, showcasing the items you feel are most important. To favorite an item in any of these lists, simply click the Favorite checkbox when adding or editing an item. If you would like to utilize Favorites on your website, complete this eForm to contact Support!
  
  
• MultiConnect: We have several enhancements to the voice call feature of the MultiConnect service to announce this month!
  • Custom Alert Messages: The MultiConnect service provides pre-recorded messages for your convenience and allows you to create your own message read by an automated service. For a small fee, you can purchase a custom, professionally recorded message for your MultiConnect service and add a personal touch to your messages!
  • Message Prefix: Ensure that your messages are heard by your residents who have answering machines by including the words, "Please wait for an important message" prior to your alert message! You have the option to play this message a specific number of times, or not at all.
  • Play It Twice: If you want to make sure that your alert message is heard in its entirety, you have the option to play it twice by simply changing the parameters of your MultiConnect service.

• Image Resizing: Features that include the option to display a thumbnail image have been enhanced to accept not only JPG files, but also GIFs, BMPs, and PNGs. You will also notice that thumbnail images will be more accurately displayed with enhanced cropping and "shrink to fit" functionality. There's nothing new to learn, simply upload your photos as you normally would!
  
  
• Export Site Statistics: Statistics for how many times each page of your website are saved for approximately 30 days. If you are interested in keeping your own log of statistics from the Site Views page, you have the option to export the statistics from the last 30 days, which you can save on your computer.
  
  
• Reservation Approval: Your website allows you to assign two people the ability to approve Reservation requests on your website, ensuring that they are received and processed more efficiently!
  
  
• Email Bulletins for Announcements: If you edit an Announcement or would like to resend an Email Bulletin associated with an Announcement, you have the ability to resend the Email Bulletin when editing the Announcement. Send the newly edited version to everyone or a specific group!
  
  
• Preview Email Bulletins: Ever wanted to test an Email Bulletin before you send it to your entire Address Book or a specific group of subscribers? To send a preview, just click the "Preview Email Bulletin" button, and enter the email address!
  
  
• Email Bulletins: Each month we add new email bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 10 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!
