New Features & Enhancements May 2011

• WEBSITE WIZARDRY!: This month, we're excited to introduce a revolutionary concept for your website! The Widget Wizard was created to give you the ability to customize your website's home pages and UP!ed features that support Favorites (Announcements, Documents, Hot Links and Classifieds) with widgets.
  
  Widgets are a universal way of displaying your website information in a brief, easy to read format. Widgets keep your website content fresh and ensure that important information is at your residents' fingertips!
  
  With drag and drop functionality, you'll be able to combine and organize multiple widgets on a single page of your website! Place What's New, Announcements, User Profiles, Events Calendar, Website Searches, and Account Information from TOPS Software, or create your own widget with text and images!
  
  To utilize Widgets on your website, login and go to the Settings page under the Admin menu and click the link at the top of the list!
  
  Check out the What's New video to see the Widget Wizard in action!
  
  
• Single Sign-On: If you have a Master community website and individual websites for subdivisions within the community, or an association with separate websites for different committees, Single Sign-On has been implemented to allow access to both sites with a single login and password! The login will be a seamless and secure transfer between the websites.

• MultiConnect - AlertCast / Announcements: When sending an AlertCast message through the MultiConnect service, the message will automatically be posted as an Announcement on your website, ensuring even more exposure for your important messages.
  
  
• Address Book - Custom Fields: You have Custom Fields in the User Profiles of your Address Book to include information specific to your association. This month's enhancement of this feature allows you to specify security levels to control who can edit or view the information in each Custom Field. Visit the Settings page of your website to customize the security levels of these fields.
  
  
• Email Bulletins: Each month we add new email bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 11 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!
