New Features & Enhancements November 2011

• Email Bulletin Status - Last month, we introduced you to the Email Bulletin Status enhancement, which gives you the option to view information about your emails including the date scheduled, subject line, # of Email Bulletins, the status of the email, and an option to cancel emails queued for sending at a later time.
  
  This month, we've given you even more information in the Email Bulletin Status including details about sent message. You can also click the subject line of the message to view the entire message, view when the last email of the batch was sent, the group of subscribers that the email was sent to (i.e. - All, Subdivision, Book Club, etc.), and view each sent email as it appeared in their inbox!
  
  Each month we add new Email Bulletins for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 4 new Email Bulletins! Enjoy!
  
  
• Document/Image Audit - Each AtHomeNet website comes with 350MB of storage. You can view the amount of storage that you are currently using by going to the Admin Menu, selecting Statistics Menu, and clicking Show Site Storage Statistics. But what if you're using more than 350MB of storage? We have added new functionality to find and delete unused images and documents that will give you more space on your website. To view unused images or documents in order from largest to smallest, simply click Show Unused Images or Show Unused Documents beneath the storage information, then click Refresh Report. Deleting these items is even easier with a Delete button built into the list.
  
  
• NEW Photo Album Widget - This new widget displays a rotating slideshow of photos on your Public or Private Home Pages! Add your own title, select an existing album, choose the speed in which you want the photos to rotate, and show off all of your photos with their titles and captions on the home pages of your website. Please note that if you have an album with resident or board member security levels, they will not be viewable on the Public Home Page.
  
  
• Instant Articles - Nearly 65 new articles have been added to the Instant Articles database since October to keep fresh content on your website!
