New Features & Enhancements October 2011

• Scheduled Email Bulletins: We're very excited about this enhancement to your Email Bulletins, allowing you to create an Email Bulletin and schedule it for a future date and time! Simply create the Email Bulletin as you normally would and you'll see a new option for scheduling the date and time you wish to send the email! Then simply click "Save For Sending Later" to schedule the bulletin to be sent.
  
  If you're a MultiConnect subscriber interested in scheduling text messages or voice calls to accompany your Email Bulletins, the BulletinBlast feature of MultiConnect will send those voice calls and text messages at the same time your Email Bulletin is scheduled to be sent.
  
  
• Email Bulletin Status: Are you interested in viewing all the emails you've sent or scheduled in the last 7 days? Click the email bulletin status link on the Email Bulletins template page and view information about your emails including the date scheduled, subject line, # of emails to be sent, the status of the email, and an option to cancel emails queued for sending at a later time.
  
  Each month we add new email bulletin templates for you to engage your residents in various activities or reminders. This month, we have added 5 new email bulletin templates! Enjoy!
  
  
• Resident 2 Profile Picture: Previously, only one profile photo per User Profile was permitted in the Address Book. This enhancement allows Resident 1 and Resident 2 to have unique photos in their profile. This is especially helpful for members of the Board or Committees, or residents that comment on the Message Board or post Reviews.
  
  
• NEW Birthday Widget: The birthday widget displays this month's resident birthdays in chronological order on the Private Home Page, making it easy to recognize people on their special day! You can even filter the list by selecting one or more Address Book categories!
  
  
• Events Calendar Widget: This month, we've given you another option for the Events Calendar Widget! The "Mini-List" is great for easier placement on the Public or Private Home Page. This single column widget will include the date of the event, starting and ending time, a description or title of the event, and a link to view additional details about the event!
  
  
• NEW Look for Widgets: You can customize the look of your Public and Private Home Page even more with themed border styles! Simply visit the Settings area of your website and select a new theme from the Customize Widget Border Types option for a whole new look.
  
  
• Instant Articles: More than 73 new articles have been added to the Instant Articles database to keep fresh content on your website!
