The AtHomeNet New Administrator Online Training is a FREE web-based training course led by a live instructor which offers AtHomeNet clients an introduction to understanding their role as the Web Site Administrator. Attendees will explore some of the basic procedures needed to be a successful website administrator as well receive instruction on how to properly update their web site with content necessary to promote resident use.
This course is offered at no charge every Wednesday at 2:00 PM (EST) with the exception of the last Wednesday of the month which is at 6:00PM(EST). Users connect to the class via telephone and Internet conference software (WebEx). This allows each user to see exactly what our instructor is doing on his or her computer using an AtHomeNet demo community website. Each course lasts about an hour and includes a question and answer period at the completion of the course.

The AtHomeNet FrontDesk Services Online Training is a FREE, live, instructor led Internet training course which offers clients an introduction to understanding their role as the FrontDesk Services Administrator for your community. Learn how to setup and manage your Package Delivery, Valet Scheduling, and Visitor/ Guest Management services. This course is offered the last Tuesday of every month at 2pm (EST)
Learn how to use Newsletter Architect to create a professional newsletter for your residents in just a few steps! This live webinar class explains the easy 4 step process! Choose a stylish template, then enter your articles, photos and classified ads. You can post your newsletter on the website, email it, or send it for printing and mailing. This course is offered the last Thursday of each month at 2pm
