ARC Request

As a member of a Homeowners Association you are required to comply with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), as outlined in your by-laws. As such, each Association has different requirements before you can make a change to your property. An ARC for is the standard document submitted to the Board or Committee to review and approve or disapprove these requests. Many communities and Property Management companies allow these submissions to be made online, sometimes posting the results on a community website.
